The route, step by step

  1. Start here

AI Explorers for Kids (Ages 8–12)

    Beginner · 8 weeks · 32 training hours

Age-appropriate introduction to AI through games and pictures, with safe-use habits.

Portfolio Project: Guess My Drawing: an AI picture game

How it is checked: Final showcase: each child builds and tests a three-class picture game using self-drawn images, shows a score sheet and explains one mistake to visitors.

  2. Optional

    Computer Basics & Digital Confidence

    Beginner · 6 weeks · 60 training hours

Adds everyday computer confidence: files, typing, browsing and staying safe online.

Portfolio Project: Office assistant portfolio project

How it is checked: A fresh 90-minute office assignment on the learner's own work: files, a letter and PDF, a 30-row register with formulas and a chart, three slides, a handover email and controlled sharing. Recommended completion: 85% attendance, all portfolio work, 70% overall and 70% in the practical. Independent final check: Learner completes the office portfolio from a fresh folder without trainer clicks, verifies spreadsheet totals and recovers one deleted practice file. Proposed completion: 70% overall and 70% in the portfolio practical; critical accuracy, permission and privacy failures require correction and observed reassessment. This policy needs academic approval before use for awards.

Certificate

ADIVAS issues an institute certificate for each programme when its requirements are met: the course weeks, the graded quizzes and, where recorded, attendance. It is an ADIVAS certificate, not an external or vendor qualification, and anyone can check it with its code.
