What the portal records
Your institute account contains your name, email, phone, place, learner category and enrolments. The portal stores lesson completion, unfinished assessment answers, submitted responses and staff reviews. School career assessments require a recorded consent reference.
Who can see assessment information
Learners see their own submission receipts and lesson completion. They cannot access scores, answer keys, report recommendations or downloads. Trainers see weekly reports for their assigned courses. Counsellors see career reports for their assigned learners. Administrators manage accounts, assignments and institute reports.
What happens when you submit
Your answers are saved for staff review. The portal removes the unfinished draft and shows a receipt. Your submitted responses and report cannot be reopened through a learner account. Speak to the institute about a counselling appointment.
Your choices and questions
Use fictional examples in practical work. Do not enter passwords, customer records or other sensitive personal information. Contact the institute to request a correction, ask about access or withdraw a consent reference. Retention and deletion requests are handled by the institute; automated retention is not configured in this review release.
