How you learn
Practice, feedback and proof of progress.
Every programme runs on the same weekly rhythm: learn the idea, try it in a lab, apply it in your own work, check yourself and get a trainer’s feedback. You always know where you stand.
The journey
From first conversation to certificate.
Talk to a counsellor
Choose a programme that suits your starting point. A counsellor confirms fees, batch dates, timings and entry requirements with you before you decide.
Join a batch
You are placed in a batch with a trainer and a class schedule. Your learner account opens your course space, timetable and notifications.
Learn week by week
Each week opens on schedule. Lessons and the weekly plan become visible as the week begins, so you always know what to do now and what is next.
Practise and get feedback
Submit assignments and have a trainer review them against a rubric. If more work is needed you resubmit. Practice questions are available in Tamil and English.
See your progress
Your dashboard shows weeks completed, attendance, upcoming assessments and trainer feedback. Your Skill Passport shows each skill from explored to proven, based on your own work.
Finish with a certificate
When a programme is completed, a certificate is issued with a public verification page, so anyone you share it with can check it is genuine.
A week at a glance
One rhythm, every week.
Read the week’s lessons and theory. Each topic is written for the programme, and opens when its week begins.
Work through the guided lab. This is where the idea becomes something you have actually built or configured.
Complete homework and the week’s deliverable. This is the evidence that goes into your Skill Passport.
Take the checkpoint. Your trainer decides when results are released, so feedback arrives with context.
Read trainer feedback, fix what needs fixing and mark the week complete before the next one opens.
What supports you
Real feedback, visible progress.
Assignments with review
A trainer reviews each submission against a published rubric and may ask you to resubmit.
Practice and checkpoints
Questions are drawn from a larger bank, so each attempt is different. Daily practice can be repeated as often as you like.
Skill Passport
Skills move from explored, practising and proficient to proven as your submitted and accepted work builds up.
Verifiable certificate
Certificates carry a code that anyone can check on a public verification page.
Attendance and schedule
Your timetable, next class and attendance are in one dashboard.
Hands-on labs
Each week includes a lab so you build something before you are tested on it.
Family in the loop
With consent, a parent or guardian can follow progress, and you can stop sharing any time.
Honest by design
No promises of jobs or placement. Draft curriculum is labelled as draft.
Questions
Things learners ask.
What if I miss a class or fall behind?
Your dashboard shows how many weeks you are behind, and your trainer can see it too. Tell your trainer early, and ask the counsellor about catching up with a later session.
Who sees my work and results?
You do, and your trainer. Practice and review notes are for you. If a parent or guardian is linked to your account, they can see your attendance, course progress, released results and trainer feedback, but not the work you submitted. You can stop sharing at any time.
Are results shown straight away?
That depends on the assessment. A trainer chooses whether results appear immediately, after the assessment closes, or when they release them.
Can I practise in Tamil?
Practice questions, options and explanations are available in both Tamil and English, and you can switch whenever you like.
Do you promise a job?
No. We do not promise jobs, salaries or placement. Our curriculum is a draft under academic review, which we say on each course page. What we offer is structured practice, honest feedback and evidence of what you can do.
Which programme should I start with?
Try the career guidance questionnaire for suggested starting points, or speak to a counsellor. Both are free.
Ready to see what fits you?
A counsellor will help you choose a programme and explain fees, batch dates and timings.
